ThinkFun Clue Master™ Review

ThinkFun

We are coming up on one of the most magical times of the year! Only 7 Fridays left until Christmas,  if I am not mistaken. So for the next month all the way up till Christmas all of my posts will be about the best food to make and the best presents to buy or make and even some crafts for the kids. This time is magical, in fact I even sit here listening to music and drinking a delicious cup of cinnamon coffee. All because one of my favorite gifts this year, or game around the Christmas tree would have to be Clue Master™ by ThinkFun!

ThinkFun Clue Master

I am a huge fan of ThinkFun games. As a mother that home schools, I am constantly looking for fun and engaging ways to help them to learn. Luckily this adorable dog named Tippy brought that to to me. It helps with logical deduction and my daughter loves it. It will help with computer programming, math, science, and many other fields. She just wants to help Tippy get back to his doghouse and it is a fun engaging game. Her and I will sit at the table and play it and she has so much fun. It is a Sodoku style game, but instead of numbers you use tennis balls, chew toys and dog bowls. It makes it fun for kids and including a dog is genius!

Each of the pieces is magnetic, so it sticks to the game grid and does not fly about the table. For me that is a big deal, because you never know when you have to put it down and you don’t want your kid to have to come back later and start from scratch. As we got going along, she got quicker and had more fun. I think it was a mix of learning how to play the game and confidence. Learning is a huge confidence booster for kids and taking the time to do it along side them, even when you do not home school, brings an amazing connection with your kids.

ThinkFun Clue Master

This holiday season, add it to your gift list for someone over the age of 8. It is an adorably cute game that builds great skills for success. You can even add it to your own game collection and have your kids [or yourself, guilty] play it while eating some caramel corn by the light of your Christmas tree. A game that is fun and still helps your kids learn, is something you do not want to pass up. Currently it is a Target exclusive, so grab it online or head to your nearest Target for this fun, engaging game.
