Fitness Journey Part 4
I have been so insanely busy! Building dog kennels and still downsizing my house. I will say building dog kennels was extremely physically exhausting. Muscles hurt I didn’t even know I had. So that kept me fairly active.
I did stop running once I realized my shoes were just not up to snuff. I got a new pair of shoes today and I wore them most the afternoon, just to break them in a bit. I am just happy I will be able to start running again. I really enjoy it. I find it is a great way to have “ME” time, and as a mother I really need it sometimes.
I have been eating horribly and that does not really work out so well. We just got in the rythem of eating out all the time. My body feels incredibly gross for this exact reason. I have been trying to cook more and I went grocery shopping today to fill up the house with more produce. I will be attempting my first stir-fry this week. All fresh ingredients and totally excited about it. I also got myself apples. I have been craving apples like nobodies business!
So my Fitness update just shows me being a slacker, I will do better in the immediate future. Upside, I am incredibly sore, even if my diet has not been as great as it should be.
