BANANAGRAMS FRUITOMINOES Review
I think my favorite part about the holidays is giving a great gift. There is something special in giving someone a thoughtful gift and sometimes just a gift in general can make someones day & I love that. The smiles and the appreciation are a great thing over the holidays. I don’t ever care if I get anything in return, for me it is all about the giving. Isn’t that what the holidays are all about anyways?
My family and I love playing games, and when I say games, I mean every kind of game. We love computer, console and physical games. We love board games and the like, we find it as an excuse to just spend time together. As my motto goes, “Families that play together, stay together.” I believe that to be true and I think BANANAGRAMS is a great show of that! We simply love playing FRUITOMINOES.
As a kid I learned how to play dominoes with my dad and my grandma. It was a great bonding moment when they would teach me a new game and most of them I remember, sadly some I have forgotten. I am sure it is like riding a bike though, if I give it a shot I may remember. Though dominoes was something I always remembered and enjoyed. When I saw FRUITOMINOES I instantly fell in love with it and knew it was just going to be loads of fun.
I think that it is easier for kids to learn dominoes with this as it is pictures of fruit instead of dots and that seems to be more appealing to children and really gets them in the mood. So I sat my daughter up one night and was determined to teach her to play dominoes… or rather FRUITOMINOES. I figured it would take us a while, but with the simple pictures and such she picked it up easily and we played for a long time. She even wanted to keep playing, but it was past bedtime. We have played several times since and I can not wait to teach all my children to play and have my friends over for game night and introduce them to FRUITOMINOES!
So for me this makes a perfect gift for anyone on my christmas this year and it is small enough to fit in a stocking. So under the tree or tucked away in a stocking, this gift will bring hours of enjoyment to all who receive it. Anyone over the age of 5 should benefit from this game and either learn it or just enjoy an old favorite!
